YOUR FIRST VISIT : What to expect

 

 

CONSULTATION, PHYSICAL EXAM, SURFACE EMG AND DIGITAL X-RAYS

Our New Patient paperwork is designed to get some extensive and valuable health information from you as well as understand your chief complaints and health goals.  We give you the opportunity to complete this paperwork at home prior to your initial visit.  

On your first visit to our office you will be greeted by our caring staff and will be given an office tour of our facility.  

You will then meet with one of our doctors and have an extensive consultation regarding your health concerns and goals.  Our office makes patient communication one of our top priorities and is known for our thoroughness.  After the consultation you will then receive a physical exam which will include orthopedic, neurological and  postural testing.  A surface EMG will also be performed which helps to detect spinal irritation.  If the doctor feel s it is necessary digital x-rays will be performed.   Typically a comprehensive nutritional evaluation is performed a few weeks after starting care, however depending on the severity of your condition it may be recommended that you complete one on your initial visit. 

 

YOUR SECOND VISIT

 

After an extensive review of your exam, Surface EMG and X-rays we will sit down with you and give you a comprehensive explanation of your findings. Educating and empowering you with knowledge is our top priority and during this appointment these important questions will be answered thoroughly, can you help me, how long is it going to take, what is involved and how much is it going to cost. A customized treatment plan created just for you will be reviewed and explained in detail.​
